The first thing you'll need to do is decide which service option is right for you:
The difference in our two service options is primarily based on your level of need. Our flat rate option is geared more towards short-term projects and RFP's (Request For Proposal) where there is a clear project scope, operating budget and need for maximum transparency (i.e. what will we do, how we will we do it, when will we do it and how long will it take us).
Our Pre-pay service option is cheaper because it's task based and funded as-you-go. This option is ideal for businesses who may already have an operational team but require additional resources or they may have a task with supporting instructions and need a reliable source to get it done. This allows an account holder to log into our Project Management system or call us and post a project or task, set a deadline and monitor progress just like we were in the office with them. They might need a new marketing site, flash banner or site update by the end of the week and since they've already purchased the hours they have instant access to our team. When their hours are used up, they simply fund their account with a new bank of hours and keep us around or thank us for the help and resume their normal operations.

You'll get your own rep. to meet (or phone conference) with you and evaluate your project needs. After a thorough review they'll come back to you within 3 business days with a detailed outline of the project scope and fixed cost. Once everything meets with your approval you'll sign a digital service agreement and provide a required deposit of 50% to begin work. Your rep. will be with you every step of the way to review concepts and keep you updated on progress. Once the end-product meets with your satisfaction and is approved we'll collect the balance and deploy or deliver the product to the specifications of the agreement.
Once the payment for your block of hours is recieved, you'll be assigned a rep. who will provide you with a nice welcome letter and login access to the Project Management System. You'll have full phone support anytime you need it and begin posting projects and tasks right away. You'll enjoy access to a full team of professionals and the ability to monitor the progress of your job 24/7. You'll also recieve update alerts, track time usage or even add users from your own team to maximize communication. You'll review the work on our staging area for approval and download completed project files instantly.
